How it works.

ITPU Community is a workshop platform from IT Park University. Sign in once, register for events that matter to you, and let Telegram do the heavy lifting — reminders, materials, certificates, all delivered to your chat.

Six steps

Find an event

Browse the upcoming list, filter by format, category, date or speaker. Read the program and speaker bios on the event page.

Sign in with Telegram

One tap with Telegram Login — no password, no email. We use your Telegram identity to confirm you and to deliver reminders.

Confirm & activate the bot

Approve our privacy notice, open the ITPU Community bot, press Start, and share your contact. This links your phone number to your account so we can reach you reliably.

Get reminders

We send a confirmation right away, then 3 reminders — 24 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes before the event. No spam, only event-related messages.

Attend

For offline events: come to the venue at the time shown. For online events: the Teams join link appears in your dashboard and Telegram 30 minutes before start.

Get materials & certificate

After the event, the organizer sends post-event materials (slides, recordings, links) and a certificate of attendance straight to your Telegram.

Privacy first

We don't sell your data.

Your name, phone and registrations are used only to run the events you sign up for. No advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party sharing beyond the ITPU CRM and the certificate system.

Common questions.

Is it free?
Yes — all events on this platform are free for the ITPU community.
Can I cancel my registration?
Not from the website — contact the organizer through the Telegram bot.
I missed an event. Can I still get the materials?
Materials are sent only to participants who attended. The organizer marks attendance manually after the event.
Online or offline?
Both. Each event card shows its format with a badge — OFFLINE, ONLINE (Microsoft Teams) or HYBRID.
What does the bot do with my phone number?
It links your phone to your account so the organizer can reach you if plans change. We never share it with third parties outside ITPU's CRM. See our Privacy Notice.
